On Aug. 12, 74 adventurous philanthropists rappelled down the Keystone Group’s 23-story building in downtown Indianapolis as part of a fundraiser for United Way's basic needs initiatives.

Thanks to the Over the Edge rappellers, United Way raised more than $150,000 to help provide Hoosiers with access to healthy food, safe housing, reliable transportation and healthcare services.

ELEVATE recognized advocates, leaders, nonprofit employees and volunteers between the ages of 21 and 40. More than 80 nominations were submitted, and 20 finalists were selected during the 1970s-themed event.
